Family Division / Juvenile

 

The Juvenile Office of the Family Division handles cases involving Delinquent Youth, Emancipation of Minors, Child Protection matters, Safe Delivery of Newborns, and Parental Waivers. Adoptions and Legal Name Changes are also under the jurisdiction of this division; however, the contact person is the Probate Register under the Probate Court.
